IT APPEARS THAT MANY RESIDENTS ARE NOT AWARE OF THE BELOW LETTER THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY POSTED ON THE WEBSITE. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MANY DONATIONS AND THEREFORE, THE DEADLINE FOR COLLECTIONS WILL BE EXTENDED UNTIL JANUARY 7, 2012 IN HOPES THAT ENOUGH CONTRIBUTIONS CAN BE COLLECTED.

Welcome to you who are new to Sandyport. Each year, we ask for contributions from owners and residents of Sandyport towards a Christmas Gift for the Security & Workers of Sandyport. This has been our tradition for almost 20 years. It gives us a way to show our appreciation for their contributions during the year.
This contribution request is neither part of Sandyport Development Company nor a part of Sandyport Homeowners Association (the Management Company).
We ask that you will please consider making a contribution towards this Christmas gift to the Security and Maintenance Workers. Contributions can be left at either Security Gates or at the Sandyport Homeowners Association office, for the attention of Marie Souder.
It will be most appreciated if contributions can be sent by check. Checks can be made payable to Marie Souder When writing your check, please make sure you have referenced at the bottom of your check for record purposes that the check is for Sandyport Christmas contributions!
Due to time constraints, contribution MUST be received on or proper to Friday, December 15, 2012. It is a very busy time for everyone and we ask your cooperation to ensure all contributions collected are distributed tin a very timely manner.
