The next Annual General Meeting will take place in January 2012, the date and venue will be confirmed when the notices are despatched later this year.
In the meantime, there are many owners that have not received their share certificate, please email shares@sandyportmanagement.com with your name and address if you are not in possession of your certificate.

I understand shareholders meeting has to be within 18 months but has to be every calender year. January 2012 means we will not be having a meeting in 2011. So shouldn’t we be having a meeting before December 31, 2011?
